A very happy Monday to you. As we seek to further development the horticultural industry on our island home, we have a special invitation to those of you who are not yet members of the Barbados Horticultural Society! Come, join us as a member and enjoy the many benefits that are being offered!
The Barbados Horticultural Society (BHS) is dedicated to promoting gardening and horticulture in Barbados. We are located at Balls Plantation, Balls, Christ Church and we are a non-profit, non-governmental organization created by an Act of Parliament on 19th April 1928.
Some of the benefits of being a member include free entrance to our Annual Flower and Garden Show, free entrance to our Quarterly Lectures, reduced entrance fee to our Open Gardens, access to our vendor benefits program and much more.
One such other benefit of being a member of The BHS is participating in our upcoming members only Plant Sharing Event. Join and become a member before 4th March 2022 and participate in this upcoming Plant Sharing Event, where you can improve your garden collections, win prizes, access giveways of plants and garden supplies, learn from more experienced gardeners and just fellowship amongst the flowers!
In addition, when you join you will be included in our monthly prize draw from amongst the new members joining in that month.

So I will have to come see you to educate myself of what fruite trees, and plants will survive in this salty air. Let me know where I have to come to pay for the membership.
